Section 9VAC5-40-4190 - Control technology guidelines

1. Use of electrodeposited waterborne coatings;

2. Use of other waterborne coatings;

3. Use of high-solids coatings;

4. Incineration; or

5. Any technology of equal or greater control efficiency when compared to the use of a coating complying with 9VAC5-40-4180 A, provided such technology is approved by the board.
