Purchasing and procurement records shall be available to citizens or to interested persons, firms or corporations in accordance with the provisions of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, § 2.1-340 et seq., and § 11-52 of the Code of Virginia, except those records exempt from disclosure pursuant to § 2.1-342B 62 or other sections of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act.
