Pasteurized eggs or egg products shall be substituted for raw eggs in the preparation of foods such as Caesar salad, hollandaise or bearnaise sauce, mayonnaise, meringue, eggnog, ice cream, and egg-fortified beverages that are not:P

1. Cooked as specified under subdivision A 1 or 2 of 2VAC5-585-700;P or

2. Included in 2VAC5-585-700 D.P
