Eggs described as loss, inedible or leakers within the meaning of "Regulations Governing the Grading of Shell Eggs and United States Standards, Grades and Weight Classes for Shell Eggs ( 7 CFR Part 56)," § 56.212 (a), (b) and (c) of the Code of Federal Regulations shall not be sold or offered for sale for human consumption.
