Section 18VAC10-20-87 - Expiration of initial licenses, certificates, and registrations

A. Initial licenses, certificates, and registrations shall expire as follows:
1. Individual licenses and certificates shall
be valid for two years from the last day of the month in which they are
issued.
2. Registrations for
professional corporations, professional limited liability companies, and
business entities shall expire on December 31 of the odd-numbered year
following issuance.
3.
Registrations for branch offices shall expire the last day of February of the
even-numbered year following issuance.
B. Licenses, certificates, and registrations shall expire in accordance with this section unless renewed pursuant to 18VAC10-20-670 or reinstated pursuant to 18VAC10-20-680.
