Chapter 902 of the 1996 Acts of Assembly deleted the Virginia Health Services Cost Review Council from the list of state councils in § 2.1-1.7 of the Code of Virginia and provided that the regulations of the council would remain in effect until superseded by regulations promulgated by the Board of Health.
