The current Vermont Milk Control Board formula for producer milk premium, currently set at $ .40 cwt. over the Milk Control Board blend price for 3.5% butterfat content milk shall be suspended, and accordingly, the price paid to producers and associations of producers for their milk by distributors shall be deregulated at the present time.
