Rule R926-8 - Guidelines for Partnering with Local Governments
Section R926-8-1 - Purpose and Authority

The purpose of this rule is to increase the State's ability to carry out improvements on State highways by allowing counties and municipalities to provide local matching dollars or participate through other methods, such as providing right-of-way. This rule is required by Section 72-3-123 and is enacted under the authority of Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act and Section 72-1-201.
