Rule R746-1 - Public Service Commission Administrative Procedures Act Rule
Section R746-1-705 - Exhibits Offered at Hearing

(1) Parties shall:
(a) mark their exhibits before
hearing;
(b) provide the original
of each exhibit to the court reporter, if applicable; and
(c) provide a copy of each exhibit to:
(i) the presiding officer; and
(ii) each party.
(2) If an exhibit offered at hearing contains information claimed to be confidential or highly confidential, the party offering the exhibit shall comply with Subsection R746-1-605.
