Section R704-4-8 - Official Damage Assessment Requirement

(1) A governing body shall conduct an official damage assessment as required in Section R704-4-4.
(2) Damage assessments shall include:
(a) a completed Preliminary Damage Assessment
Cover Sheet as provided by the division; and
(b) associated documentation to support the
damage and costs identified in the assessment.
