Rule R657-6 - Taking Upland Game
Section R657-6-21 - Closed Areas

A person may not hunt upland game in any area posted closed by the Division or any of the following areas:
(1) The Salt Lake International Airport boundaries as posted.
(2) Wildlife Management Areas:
(a) Waterfowl management
areas are open for hunting upland game only during designated waterfowl hunting
seasons or as authorized by the Division, including: Blue Lake, Clear Lake,
Farmington Bay, Harold S. Crane, Howard Slough, Locomotive Springs, Manti
Meadows, Mills Meadows, Ogden Bay, Powell Slough, Public Shooting Grounds, Salt
Creek, Scott M. Matheson Wetland Preserve, Stewart Lake, and Timpie
Springs.
(b) All National Wildlife
Refuges unless declared open by the managing authority.
(c) The Goshen Warm Springs.
(3) Military installations, except as otherwise provided under Rule R657-66, are closed to hunting and trespassing.
