(1)
(a) Any person who has obtained a general
buck deer or a general bull elk permit may exchange that permit for any other
available general permit if both permits are for the same species and
sex.
(b) A person must make general
buck deer and general bull elk permit exchanges at any division office before
the season opening date of the permit to be exchanged.
(2) Any person who has obtained a limited entry bear any weapon or limited entry bear archery permit may exchange that permit for a limited entry bear archery or limited entry bear any weapon permit, respectively.
(3) The division may charge a handling fee for the exchange of a permit.
