(1)
(a) An
answer or other pleading responsive to the allegations in the notice of agency
action does not need to be filed by the respondent.
(b) If an answer to the notice of agency
action is filed, the answer shall include:
(i) the name of the respondent;
(ii) the case number or other reference
number;
(iii) the facts surrounding
the allegations;
(iv) a response to
the allegations that the violation was committed knowingly, intentionally or
recklessly; and
(v) the date the
answer was mailed.
(2) The respondent may access any relevant information contained in the division's files and all materials and information gathered in the investigation of the respondent, to the extent permitted by law.
(3) Discovery and intervention is prohibited.
