Section R657-2-19 - Failure to Appear - Default

(1) When a party or the party's authorized representative to a proceeding fails to appear at a hearing after due notice has been given, the presiding officer may:
(a) continue the matter;
(b) enter an order of default as provided by
Section
63G-4-209; or
(c) hear the matter in the absence of the
defaulting party.
