Section R650-216-1 - Navigation Lights on Motorboats Less Than 40 Feet

The owner or operator of a motorboat that is less than 40
feet in length shall ensure the motorboat exhibits the navigation lights shown
in Navigation Lights figures 1, 2, or 3, published by the Division on November
