(1) A restriction to property implemented by the division or provider shall be:
(a) part of a written behavior support plan
as described in Section
R539-4-4;
or
(b) an emergency behavior
intervention as described in Section
R539-4-5.
(2) Each restriction shall be approved by the team and the provider human rights committee before use of the restriction.
