Section R527-332-3 - Calculation of Unreimbursed Assistance

(1) ORS shall calculate the amount of unreimbursed assistance. The calculation shall compare the amount of IV-A child support payments plus the amount of IV-A overpayment payments against the lifetime IV-A benefit amount.
(2) If the unreimbursed assistance amount in Subsection (1) becomes zero, or greater than zero:
(a) remaining assigned
debts become payable to the case participant receiving support instead of to
the state; and
(b) collection of
IV-A overpayment debts will be suspended.
