Section R527-332-2 - Definitions

(1) "IV-A Assistance" means cash assistance issued per Title IV-A of the Social Security Act. Cash assistance has been called Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), and Family Employment Program (FEP).

(2) "Unreimbursed Assistance" means the total lifetime amount of IV-A cash assistance that the state has disbursed to a participating individual's household for which the state or federal government have not been reimbursed by assigned support collections.
