Rule R527-231 - Review and Adjustment of Child Support Order
Section R527-231-2 - Case Participant Request for Review Based on Substantial Change in Circumstances

(1) A case participant may request a less-than-three-year review of the ordered child support amount where there has been a substantial change in circumstance as provided in Section 78B-12-210. For the review to proceed, the case participant must provide documentation supporting the alleged change in circumstances.
(2) ORS will not review the ordered child support amount if the substantial change in circumstance is projected to be temporary, as defined in Section 78B-12-102.
