Section R512-51-2 - Fee Collection for Electronic Fingerprint Scanning

(1) It is the responsibility of Child and Family Services regional offices to collect fees for electronic fingerprint scanning of criminal background screenings for prospective foster and adoptive parents of children in state custody and other adults in the home, and for employees of other Department of Human Services licensed programs.

(2) The amount of the fee charged for electronic fingerprint scanning will be approved by Child and Family Services as required by Section 62A-4a-102 and will not exceed the amount being charged for the same service from the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Criminal Identification.
