Rule R510-105 - "Out and About" Homebound Transportation Assistance Fund
Section R510-105-2 - Definitions

(1) Terms used in this rule are defined in Section 62A-3-101.

(2) "Out and About Transportation Fund" means the Out and About Homebound Transportation Assistance Fund as described in Section 62A-3-110.

(3) "People with Disabilities" means individuals with a disability as defined in Section 62A-5-101.

(4) "Public Transportation" means regular, continuing, shared-ride, surface transportation services that are open to the general public or open to a segment of the general public defined by age, disability, or low income. Public transportation does not include transportation services provided by chartered bus, sightseeing bus, taxi, school bus service, courtesy shuttle service for patrons of one or more specific establishments, or intra-terminal or intra-facility shuttle services.
