Rule R501-1 - General Provisions for Licensure
Section R501-1-2 - Scope

(1) Rules R501-1 and R380-600 apply to any program subject to human services program licensure.
(2) Each licensee and person associated with the licensee shall comply with:
(a) Rule R501-14;
(b) any applicable categorical rule in Title
R501; and
(c) any federal, state,
or local law, rule, or ordinance.
