Section R434-40-18 - Reporting Requirements of Award Recipients

(1) The Department may require an award recipient to provide information regarding:
(a) academic performance;
(b) commitment to underserved
areas;
(c) continuing financial
need;
(d) service obligation
fulfillment; and
(e) other
information reasonably necessary for the administration of the program during
the period the recipient is in school; postgraduate training; and during the
period the award recipient is completing the service obligation.
