(1) This rule governs the coverage and reimbursement policies of services related to durable medical equipment (DME), prosthetics, orthotics, and supplies (DMEPOS).
(2) This rule is authorized by 42 CFR 440.70, Sections 26B-3-108, 26B-1-213, and 26B-3-104.
