Section R414-505-6 - IGT Certification

(1) With its IGT, using the IGT certification form prescribed by the Department, the NSGE shall specify the dollar amount and certify the source of the IGT funds. The NSGE shall specify on the form, a detailed description of the IGT monies and the legal basis for the monies ability to be used to match federal funds.

(2) Using the IGT annual certification form prescribed by the Department, the NSGE shall submit its annual IGT certification required in Section 26B-3-130 no later than 30 days following the end of the NSGE's fiscal year end date.
