Section R410-14-21 - Preadmission Screening Resident Review (PASRR) Hearings

Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1396r, any resident and potential resident of a nursing facility whether Medicaid eligible or not, who disagrees with the preadmission screening and appropriateness of a placement decision that DIH or its designated agent makes, has the right to an informal hearing upon request in accordance with this rule and the requirements set out in 42 CFR 483.200, Subpart D.
