(1) DIH may amend an order if the hearing officer determines the order contains a clerical error.
(2) DIH shall notify the parties of its intent to amend the order by serving a notice of agency action signed by the hearing officer.
(3) The DIH Director shall review the amended order and the director or designee shall issue a final agency amended order.
(4) DIH shall provide a copy of the final amended order to the respondent and the petitioner.
