Rule R392-303 - Public Geothermal Pools and Bathing Places
Section R392-303-9 - Diving Areas

(1) The operator shall ensure that:
(a) a geothermal pool or
geothermal bathing place meets the requirements of Section
R392-302-11 Diving Areas;
and
(b) head-first entry is not
permitted at a geothermal pool or geothermal bathing place except where the
operator has demonstrated to the local health officer that the water depth and
underwater obstructions at the entire geothermal pool or geothermal bathing
place pose no greater risk than at a diving-permitted section of a swimming
pool as allowed in Section
R392-302-11.
