Section R392-300-15 - Closing or Restricting of Camps or Sites

(1) A local health officer may close or restrict the use of any camp, campsite, or portion thereof if it poses an imminent risk to the life, health, or safety of the public.

(2) Within a reasonable time as ordered by the local health officer, the operator shall restrict public access to the impacted area of any camp, campsite, or portion thereof that has been closed or restricted to use by a local health officer.

(3) The operator may not allow any person to occupy a camp or campsite that has been deemed unfit for human habitation until written approval of the local health officer is given.
