(1) Sections 26-1-5, 26-1-30, and 26-15-2 authorize this rule.
(2) The purpose of this rule is to safeguard public health and provide consumers with food that is safe, unadulterated, and honestly presented by:
(a)
setting standards for management, personnel, food operations, equipment, and
facilities; and
(b) providing
conditions for food establishment plan review, permit issuance, inspection,
employee restriction, and permit suspension.
