Section R380-42-1 - Authority and Purpose

(1) This rule is authorized by Sections 26B-1-202 and 52-4-207 which requires any public body that convenes or conducts an electronic meeting to written rules or procedures for such meetings.
(2) The purpose of this rule is to establish procedures for conducting an electronic meeting of any body created within the Department of Health and Human Services.
