Section R356-3-2 - Definitions

(1) Terms used in this rule are found in Section 52-4-103.
(2) In addition:
(a) "CCJJ" means the Utah Commission on
Criminal and Juvenile Justice; and
(b) "presiding officer" means the member of
the public body designated by statute, rule, or vote of the public body to
preside at a meeting of the public body.
