Section R315-264-53 - Copies of Contingency Plan

(a) Maintained at the facility;

(b) Submitted to all local police departments, fire departments, hospitals, and State and local emergency response teams that may be called upon to provide emergency services; and

(c) Made available upon request.

The contingency plan shall be submitted to the Director with Part B of the permit application under Rule R315-270 and, after modification or approval, will become a condition of any permit issued.
