(1) Initial Permitting. Each source that is a WEB source on or before the program trigger date shall follow the procedures outlined in R307-415 to incorporate all of the applicable requirements of this rule into the permit issued to it under R307-415.
(2) Post Trigger Permitting.
(a) New WEB Source. Any existing
source that becomes a WEB source after the program trigger date shall submit a
Notice of Intent pursuant to R307-401 to incorporate all of the requirements of
this rule into an approval order issued under R307-401 within 90 days of the
date the source became a WEB source, and shall follow the procedures of
R307-415 to obtain an operating permit.
(b) WEB Sources No Longer Subject to
Permitting Under R307-415. If a WEB source's permit issued under R307-415
ceases to be effective or required, the WEB source must submit a Notice of
Intent pursuant to R307-401 to incorporate all of the requirements of this rule
into an approval order issued under R307-401 within 90 days of the date the
permit issued under R307-415 ceased to be effective or required.
