(1) Affirmative duties. An instructor shall:
(a) adhere to the
approved outline for any course taught;
(b) comply with a division request for
information within ten business days of the date of the request; and
(c) maintain a professional demeanor in each
interaction with students.
(2) Prohibited conduct. An instructor may not:
(a) continue to teach any course after
the instructor's certification has expired and without renewing the
instructor's certification; or
(b)
continue to teach any course after the course has expired and without renewing
the course certification.
