Rule R162-2c - Utah Residential Mortgage Practices and Licensing Rules
Section R162-2c-205 - Notification of Changes

(1) An individual licensee who is registered with the nationwide database shall:
(a) enter into the national database any
change in the following:
(i) name of
licensee;
(ii) contact information
for licensee, including:
(A) mailing address;
(B) residential address;
(C) telephone number(s); and
(D) e-mail address(es);
(iii) sponsoring entity; and
(iv) license status (sponsored or
non-sponsored); and
(b)
pay all change fees charged by the national database and the division.
(2) An entity licensee shall:
(a) enter into the national database
any change in the following:
(i) name of
licensee;
(ii) contact information
for licensee, including:
(A) mailing address;
(B) telephone number(s);
(C) fax number(s); and
(D) e-mail address(es);
(iii) sponsorship information;
(iv) control person(s);
(v) qualifying individual;
(vi) license status (sponsored or
non-sponsored); and
(vii) branch
offices or other trade names registered under the entity license; and
(b) pay any change fees
charged by the national database and the division.
