Section R156-69-302c - Qualifications for Licensure - Examination and Certification Requirements - Dental Hygienist

Under Subsections 58-69-302(3)(e) and (f), an applicant for licensure as a dental hygienist shall pass the following examinations:

(1) any one of the following examinations:

(a) the WREB examination, with a passing score as established by the WREB;

(b) the CDCA examination, with a passing score as established by the CDCA;

(c) the SRTA examination, with a passing score as established by the SRTA;

(d) the CRDTS examination, with a passing score as established by the CRDTS; or

(e) the CITA examination, with a passing score as established by the CITA: and

(2) the CPR-BLS or ACLS-PALS examination, as evidenced by current CPR-BLS or ACLS-PALS certification.
