Section R156-17b-617a - Operating Standards - Class E Pharmacy - General Provisions

(1) In accordance with Section 58-17b-302 and Subsection 58-17b-601(1), Class E pharmacies shall have a written pharmacy care protocol that includes:
(a) the identity of the supervisor or
director;
(b) a detailed plan of
care;
(c) the identity of the drugs
to be purchased, stored, used, or accounted for; and
(d) the identity of any licensed healthcare
provider associated with the operation.
(2) Class E pharmacies shall comply with all applicable federal and state laws.
