Section R152-49-1 - Purpose

(1) The purpose of this rule is to:
(a) describe the information
an applicant must provide in and with an application for registration as an
immigration consultant; and
(b) aid
the division's administration and enforcement of Title 13, Chapter 49,
Immigration Consultants Registration Act.
