Rule R151-4 - Department of Commerce Administrative Procedures Act Rule
Section R151-4-512 - Filing of Discovery Requests or Disclosures

(1) Unless otherwise ordered by the presiding officer:
(a) a party may not file a request
for or response to discovery, but shall file only the original certificate of
service stating that the request or response has been served on the other
parties and the date of service;
(b) except as described in Subsection
R151-4-512(1)(c),
a party may not file any of the disclosures required by the prehearing order,
but shall file only the original certificate of service stating that the
disclosures have been served on the other parties and the date of service;
and
(c) a party shall file the
disclosures required by Section
R151-4-504.
(2) A party filing a motion for a protective order or a motion for an order compelling discovery shall attach to the motion a copy of the request or response at issue.
