Rule R151-4 - Department of Commerce Administrative Procedures Act Rule
Section R151-4-304 - Oral Argument

(1) The presiding officer may permit or require oral argument on a motion.
(2) The presiding officer shall schedule oral argument on a motion to take place no more than 10 days after the last day the party:
(a) who did not make the motion could
have filed a response if that party does not file a response; or
(b) the party who made the motion:
(i) replies to the opposing party's response
to the motion; or
(ii) could have
replied to the opposing party's response to the motion.
