Rule R151-4 - Department of Commerce Administrative Procedures Act Rule
Section R151-4-301 - General Provisions

(1) A party may file a motion that is relevant and timely.
(2) Each motion shall be filed in writing unless the necessity for a motion arises at a hearing and could not have been anticipated before the hearing.
(3) Subsection 63G-4-102(4)(b) may not be construed to prohibit a presiding officer from granting a timely motion to dismiss for:
(a) failure to
prosecute;
(b) failure to comply
with this rule, except when this rule expressly provides that a matter is not a
basis for dismissal;
(c) failure to
establish a claim upon which relief may be granted; or
(d) other good cause basis.
