Section R151-4-113 - Record of an Adjudicative Proceeding

The record of an adjudicative proceeding includes:
(1) each pleading, motion, brief, exhibit, and any other document filed by a party;
(2) the recording of a hearing;
(3) a transcript of a hearing; and
(4) orders or other documents issued:
(a) by a presiding officer; or
(b) on agency review or
reconsideration.
