Rule R151-3 - Americans With Disabilities Act Rule
Section R151-3-5 - Decision on Complaint

(1) Within 30 days after receiving the complaint, the ADA coordinator or designee shall issue a decision.
(2) The decision shall notify the complainant of the right to appeal under Section R151-3-6.
