Section R137-2-8 - Requests to Amend a Record

A. An individual may contest the accuracy or completeness of a document pertaining to the requester, pursuant to Section 63G-2-603. Requests to amend a record shall be processed as informal adjudications under the Utah Administrative Procedures Act. All requests to amend a record must include the requester's name, mailing address, daytime telephone number if available, and a brief but reasonably specific description of the record to be amended.

B. Adjudicative proceedings concerning requests to amend a record or records under the GRAMA shall be informal adjudicative proceedings and shall comply with Section 63G-2-401 et seq.
