(1) As provided by Subsections 63C-9-301(3) and 63C-9-301(4) this rule establishes procedures for the procurement of architectural and engineering services by the State Capitol Preservation Board.
(2) The Board's authority to adopt rules is provided according to Subsections 63C-9-301(3).
(3) As required by Subsection 63C-9-301(4), procurement of architectural and engineering services shall be conducted in accordance with this rule, the provisions of Title 63G, Chapter 6, or of Title 63A, Chapter 5 as determined by the Board.
