Rule R70-320 - Minimum Standards for Milk for Manufacturing Purposes, its Production and Processing

(1) A plant shall not accept reject milk from a producer.

(2) Reject milk shall be identified with a reject tag, and harmless food coloring may be added.

(3) A fieldman shall visit each producer of probational status or reject milk within seven days from the date of the second consecutive substandard test to inspect equipment, utensils and methods of handling the milk and to make suggestions and recommendations for improving milk quality.
