(1) The selling of domesticated elk meat obtained from a licensed elk ranch is not allowed. The meat may be:
(a) consumed by either the
hunter or ranch owner or their immediate family members, employees or guests;
or
(b) donated as a charitable food
item in compliance with Section
4-34-103.
