Section R33-12-702 - Access to Contractor's Manufacturing or Production Facilities

(1) The procurement unit may enter a contractor's or subcontractor's manufacturing/ or production facility or place of business to:
(a) inspect
procurement items for acceptance by the procurement unit pursuant to the terms
of a contract;
(b) audit cost or
pricing data or audit the books and records of any contractor or subcontractor
pursuant to Section
R33-12-605;
and
(c) investigate in connection
with an action to debar or suspend a person from consideration for award of
contracts.
