This chapter and the statements of policy listed in § RSA 113.14 of this title (relating to Statements of Policy) do not apply to offerings made pursuant to an exemption under either the Texas Securities Act, §5 or §6, or an exemption by Board rule pursuant to the Texas Securities Act, §5.T, or to an offering of federal covered securities, as that term is defined in § RSA 107.2 of this title (relating to Definitions).
